NASHVILLE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
Engagement Session Locations Nashville, TN and Beyond
As a Nashville Tennessee wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of photographing well… lots and lots of couples ! One of the things I love to do is help my couples with engagement session locations in Nashville and beyond!
First off all we will determine you and your fiancés style as individuals and what mood is important for you to capture. Are you artistic, edgy, a musician-entertainer, adventurous, elegant-luxury, country-fresh air, urbanist or does the thought of acres of perennials in full bloom excite you? Lets take a closer look at some areas and try to give you some direction for finding the perfect location for your session.
Printers Alley
Printer’s Alley is a famous alley in downtown Nashville, Tennessee, U.S., between Third and Fourth Avenues, running from Union Street to Commerce Street. The portion of the alley between Union and Church Street is the home of a nightclub district that dates back to the 1940s. This are is full of rich Nashville culture as well as bright signs and twinkling lights. Perfect for Taylor and Benton’s evening romantic themed engagement session. Check out the complete session and read about Taylor and Benton’s great love story that is just beginning here!
Broadway Engagement session location
One of the first streets to run east-west in Nashville, it now produces some of the most stunning backdrops to capture your images. Starting in 1875 this street became lined with hardware stores, car dealers, a post office and various other businesses that developed into the present-day Honky Tonk Highway. This rich history is home to such notables and landmarks like Union Station Hotel, First Center for the Visual Arts and Christ Church. The Honky Tonks bring visitors in droves and presents the ability to illustrate the personality of the most versatile.
Broadway was ideal for Mackenzie and Grant, they are both artsy , and fun!
John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge
One of the longest pedestrian bridges in the world, this piece of history lights up at night and offers a breathtaking view of the Nashville Skyline. With four pedestrian overlooks to chose from, all angles are possible to capture the history of the city in your photograph and you just might see a music video being filmed! (Some iconic videos previously filmed there are from Big and Rich, Dolly Parton and Emerson Drive). Not only is the architecture on this bridge really cool, but it also has great views! Check out this amazing dip from Drew and Hallie’s engagement session !
Cannonsburgh Village
A quaint reproduction pioneer village featuring a gristmill, a school house, a church and more ! Just the right amount of rustic and industrial to give this place a cool vibe.
Big Springs Park – Huntsville AL
A quick drive south and you will end up in this beautiful city ! Big springs park is beautiful no matter what season ! See more photos and read about how Chance proposed here !
